Interlegal member firm YULEX, based in Canada, has announced the appointment of Chloé Girard and Bruno Provencher-Bordeleau as emerging partners, marking an important milestone in the firm’s long-term, sustainable growth journey.

Both Chloé and Bruno have grown with YULEX over several years, playing a key role in shaping the firm’s identity through their commitment, ideas, and continuous development of expertise. Chloé Girard practises business law and advises SMEs and entrepreneurs on the development and structuring of their businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and an MBA and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Taxation.

Bruno Provencher-Bordeleau focuses on business law, intellectual property, and technology law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master’s degree in E-Commerce, advising clients at the intersection of law, technology, and innovation.
